Roopangarh (Ajmer District.)
Roopangarh Fort
The fort was built In 1653 A.D. by Maharajah Roop Singh, the fifth ruler of Kishangarh. Located 125 kms from Jaipur, it became the capital of Kishangarh for the next hunderd years.

It has invincible ramparts and several underground passages and ateliers of the artists. The fort is situated on a mound and was originally made up of nine turreted fortifications. The serpentine entrance which guarded against a frontal attack leads to a splendid medieval Durbar hall beyond which can be seen some of the finest examples of the famed Kishangarh miniature paintings. The miniatures of Kishangarh have acquired worldwide acclaim.

Besides paintings, the rulers also encouraged and patronised music and poetry. The fun and adventure activities that are arranged on request here are trekking, camping, camel and horse safaris, bird-watching, art and craft tours. Being close, excursions can be arranged to places like Ajmer, Makrana, Sambhar and Tilonia

Samode
Samode situated on the outskirts of Jaipur. There is Samode Palace/ Samode Bagh (in luxurious tents in beautiful gardens). Samode Haveli built by Rawal Sheo Singhji, a prime minister in the Jaipur Court, stands 1n the heart of the sprawling walled city of Jaipur, Suffused with an atmosphere of quiet beauty. Once a royal residence, the Haveli has now been converted into a hotel and stands today as the Reminder of a Halcyonic past, offering moments of subtle luxury.

Amber Fort, Jaipur
Morning city tour of Jaipur, popularly known as " The Pink City of Rajasthan". Visit the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds), which is an elaborate façade behind which ladies of the court used to observe life going on in the streets below. Also visit the City Palace, a wonderful blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture where the present Maharaja still resides. Also visit the Museum, which houses a rare collection of manuscripts, paintings, carpets and armory. Explore the Jantar Mantar, the observatory built by Sawai Jai Singh in 1728. It is the best preserved amongst five observatories built by him. Overnight at the hotel.
